You seem NOT to care of the life of a woman whom who DID NOT have a living will made out as to what she would like to happen to her in case she is mentally incapicated and unable to make her wishes known. This is a precedent setting ruling. Do you not want someone to intervene on your behalf if your life is being decided by a spouse who no longer visits you, would not allow any medical treatments for over 15 years, not even the brushing of her teeth in over 2 years? Not even being given her deathbed communion of bread and wine since she is catholic? Is this what you want to happen to people who are incapacitated?
