Fox News reported earlier that the minute this is signed into law, that it will face a judicial challenge as the bill has been written too narrowly, and as such, falls under the "Bill of Attainder" restrictions. Hence the law will be ruled unconstituitional.
Are there any atty's on the thread that can enlighten me as to this thinking?
