No one is bull(ing) you, you decide, but let's give the FBI a opportunity to investigate this case OUT OF FLORIDA and after they finish investigations....
The people will see the truth...

I bet she never told MS that she wanted to be starved to death.

I do not have a problem with that at all. But I should not have been kicked off IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I sent a letter to Jim about this. I did not call anybody names used profanity or anything like that. I disagreed with somebody and they kicked me off. That is not right!!! On the other hand calling me a murderer because I made a decision on the life of my child was cruel and uncalled for, yet that person was not thown off.

What program did she say it on. Everybody should start e-mailing them.

"You are thinking of the Declaration of Independence--which isn't law."
The lawful Congress lawfully passed it. It was the first act of Congress.
It hasn't been repealed.
The Supreme Court hasn't ruled it unconstitutionl, yet.
Still in effect.

oh, really? being called a murderer, having my head attached to my ass? see post 336. Then being kicked off is not bullying? I have a very tough skin, I can take it. But I deserve the same courtesy that I have give others on this thread dont you think?

"And her crime is????"
Inconvenience.
To: Beeline40@aol.com
Just out of curiosity, why were you posting under a different name?
By the way, you aren't the only one kicked off for less than what other people get away with.

"Now, on another note, posting privileges under mzbzybee have been taken away because I differ with people here so that pressed the abuse button. I want to complain to JimRob how do I do it. I have been a member here since 1998 and I am no TROLL!!!!!"
Uh-oh. It's the dreaded "I've been here longer than you have and that's what makes me right, thus Terri must die" trick.
To: Beeline40@aol.com
You have a strong feeling of bad blood between Terri's family and Michael before this even happened.
From what I have read the family's lived together before this happened and then Terri and Michael were in an apartment on their own WHEN IT HAPPENED. Then Michael moved Terri and himself back in with her parents and they were all taking care of her. He then at some point put her into a home. After he won the law suit then there were problems. Her family wanted the money to bring her home and care for her, but he said no.

I want to delete the beeline40@aol.com and use mzbzybee because the beeling does not apply to me anymore. So, when I registered with mzbzybee I put into my tagline former beeline40 to be open about it hoping someone could tell me how to switch the names. I am not trying to break the rules or anything. Like I said, I have been a member here since 1999 and always respected the rules.

I'm sorry to hear about your son. There are a couple of reasons cultures do not discuss death. One (and I think this is true in Japan) is that the knowledge of death, upsets the person (rightly so I guess) and that makes the death harder on that person. Some other cultures believed that knowledge of your own death made you more likely to come back as a ghost (called 'restless death').
But in our culture, there seems to be the idea that knowing you are dying is liberating. I don't necessarily think that is true. I think people have convinced themselves in order to make the amount of death in our culture "acceptable". That is sad. We shouldn't be so accepting of death, it numbs us to the proper respect the end of a life should hold.
Thank you for sharing your story.

Who should have the power? Terri. How will she get the power? Give her theropy. What if it fails? Hear the case again, but after ample time to see if she can recover or not recover with NEW facts. I agree with this. However, what is an "ample time", and who decides?
And, if after this ample time, we are presented with the same circumstances, who decides what to do? It can't be anyone but the husband, unless he relinquishes his rights or they find him guilty of some of the crimes he is supposed to have committed in this case. Innocent until proven, has to be the standard.

Sorry about your Coke, but I'm glad it was nothing worse. I was afraid you were going to see my last bet and raise again. I am about out of ideas what to do about Wexler except give him a role in Deliverance. See: 4, 9, 19, 93 and 290.
