This crime deserves the death penalty. In fact, rape of any child under the age of 10 deserves the death penalty. I'm tired of housing pedophiles. Tired of feeding them, tired of having them live in neighborhoods next to innocent children.

With so many foreign countries being opposed to the death penalty, anyone know what they do with their predators and offenders?
i think i would set up video cameras and catch him lurking,
leave a window unshaded and see if the camera can catch him doing the peeping tom thing. He probably is doing that. Take the video to the police.
