A mentally disabled woman whose court ordered starvation-execution began Friday attempted to contradict her estranged husband's claim that she wants to die hours before her feeding tube was disconnected, an eyewitness is claiming.
Barbara Weller, an attorney for Terri Schiavo's parents, told reporters Friday afternoon that during her visit earlier in the day she told Ms. Schiavo:
"Terri, if you would just say, 'I want to live,' - all of this will be over."
According to pro-life activist Randall Terry, who recounted the scene to radio host Sean Hannity, Schiavo tried desperately to repeat Weller's words.
"'I waaaaannt . . .' Schiavo allegedly said, in a prolonged yell that had police stationed nearby running into her hospice room.
"She just started yelling, 'I waaaannt, I waaaannt,'" Terry said, according to Weller's account.
At that point police ejected Weller, he said.
Do you keep a list of all of us that post that we pray for him,MS, and even the lawyer?
What Claims!!!
Not being able to swallow is not a claim, it is a fact!
Having a head full of spinal fluid and very little brain but the stem is a fact!
All things to the contrary are claims, outright distortions or lies.
Not hard to figure out who's claiming. Claiming is often used as a religious device. Claim it, and itwillbe granted by God.
Unfortunately, miracles like this are few and far between. In the interim, her rights are being honored. Any interference is just wrong.
God is not being tempted either, so don't go there. Her natural death is going to finally occur. In concurrence with her apparent wishes, as verified by the courts.
Shiavo could walk away now, and this will still occur under court order. Interference with this will cause untold damage to our rights as we know them now.
Europe has made the same mistake. When government legislation decides these matters, you better hold on to your hat. Much of what you fear will happen, will stem from government interventions in this matter, as proved recently in Europe where government regs mandate termination of care with rules that don't work.(the proverbial cracks in the laws)
And you are begging for this to happen. Asking for it.
You might just get exactly what you are asking for. If you do, don't ever blame me. Look in the mirror.
Have you read anything about Judge Greer and his rulings?
Here's one more story. Don't know if it was posted.

LIFE AND DEATH TUG OF WAR
Attorney: Terri cried at news
Claims brain-injured woman said she wants to live

An attorney for Terri Schiavo said the severely brain-injured woman cried and yelled out that she wants to live after being told today her life-sustaining feeding tube was about to be removed by court order.
Barbara Weller was in Terri Schiavo's room at the Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park, Fla., when the encounter took place, according to activist Randall Terry, who spoke with WorldNetDaily from outside the building as demonstrators continued a vigil.
If true, the report apparently refutes the court's finding that Terri Schiavo is in a "persistant vegetative state" and cannot currently express her wishes. Her husband, Michael Schiavo, contends she had indicated she would not want to live in such a condition, but parents Robert and Mary Schindler dispute that and suspect he is responsible for the 1990 incident in which oxygen to her brain was temporarily cut off, causing severe brain damage.
Weller essentially told Terri Schiavo, "You had better say you want to live or they will kill you. Just say you want to live."
Schiavo responded with a drawn out, "IIIIII," then screamed out "waaaaaaaa" so loudly that a police officer stationed outside the room came in.
The officer then ordered Weller removed from the room, according to Terry.
The event was witnessed by Terri Schiavo's sister Suzanne Vitadamo and Suzanne's husband Michael.
"I talked to Suzy and Michael, and they both said it was unbelievable," Terry said. "It was very articulate, for Terri, but they also say this is normal [for her to communicate]."
Terry explained the family says Schiavo often is talkative, though similar to a 10-month-old.
"The words usually are not discernable, but she's responsive to commands, uses slow diction and her voice lilts to show emotion and context," he said.
Weller teared up after hearing Schiavo respond today, Terry said, and indicated Schiavo was crying.
Terry has established a website, helpterri.com with information about how to get involved, including phone numbers of lawmakers and details of a rally and lobby-training sessions to be held next week in the Florida capital, Tallahassee, beginning Monday.

No.
Same stuff you've been reading.
You want a clue as to who Dr Cranford really is, read post 395.
Why?
You made one heck of a leap from what the person posted to your negative comments. I do not see anything in his post to indicate a negative comment about the Church.
You might want to re-read the post.
Why should I keep a list? You keep the list.
"wow, the DUer's must really be bored with each other today."
Which would be perfectly understandable *any* day, considering....:)
The law is an ass, if it cannot see how conveeeeeeeeenient it was that HINO had no idea what wifey's wishes UNTIL the money landed in his pocket. Then the jihad started: HINO and two relatives of HINO's who could reasonably have clued HINO in years ago about Terri's expectations stepped up to the plate to say Terri wanted termination. If that's clear and convincing then I am a pickled walnut.
No:')
You folks are in for a rude awakening if and when anyone ever does a independent investigation of this.
Normally, FReepers don't fall for this nonsense. There is something else afoot here.
I didn't mention him. Why are you? I was talking about the doctor who calls himself Dr Humane Death, Cranford.
Did you read post 395?
Secondly, the money is not a issue. They keep trying to tell you this, but you all keep saying it anyway. The money is not a issue.
All of you are participants in a lie.
There really is no further need to comment. There is no more public as to the other side of this story. Nothing more to say.
Of course they do. There's one that admitted to working for Greers court. Some are very nasty. Newbie trolls don't a conspiracy make. ;)
As for the money, it may not mean a thing now, having been urinated away on lawyers, but it was almost certainly one of the main sirens that led HINO into this dark street. (Pride is probably what keeps him going now.)
"One of the two neurologists Felos solicited to give expert testimony in last week's trial, Dr. Ronald Cranford, is a bioethicist and renowned proponent of euthanasia. Cranford calls himself, "Dr. Humane Death." According to the staff directory for the University of Minnesota Medical School, "Dr. Cranford has specialized in the field of clinical ethics since the early 1970s. During this time, he served as a consultant to several national commissions on right-to-die issues." Dr. Cranford is a familiar face at right-to-die trials across the country. He authored a portion of a book entailed "Intended Death: The Ethics of Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia." His section deals with the "physician's role in killing and the intentional withdrawal of treatment."
