As I said, a horrible situation. I don´t know exactly, is Terri brain dead or not? That is decisive, since the brain death is the actual death and this is important whether she COULD feel that she dies of hunger.

NO She is NOT brain dead. She can smile and family and say a few words. At that is with only MINIMAL therapy since her bastard murdering husband has denied her proper treatment for 15 years.

She is not brain dead; she is severely disabled.

Some want to kill her because they apparently think she is a "useless eater."

"I don´t know exactly, is Terri brain dead or not?"

Who cares whether she is brain dead? What does brain dead mean anyway? There are actually dozens of definitions of brain death used by hospitals depending on whether they want to use the organs or not and whether the family members are prepared to let these "dead people" die. You are dead when your heart stops beating (for good) and you stop breathing. Terri is breathing and her heart is beating - she is alive!
