If she is being drugged right now, it is pure malicious intent. She only JUST had the tube removed, doubtful that she would be in pain already. That will come in a few days, not within hours.

I read somewhere on one of the threads she was receiving morphine which doesn't make sense but not much of this does.
Going to take Constitutional lawyers to get it right but I am in favor of tipping the scales right now against State's rights after all we have put up with by FL, MA, NY, and CA State Judges. This crises has come about because of all the activists judges thumbing their noses at the American people and declaring they know what's best for all of us.
I could be wrong, but I cannot imagine this happening even with State Judges here in Oklahoma.
Time and time again citizens have passed referendums only to have them overturned by activists judges in States and am fed up with the Judiciary as a whole except for a few judges. We have some SCOTUS judges using foreign law to make their rulings from time to time and thinking it is okay. The Judiciary is out of control and we are now paying for the Clinton/Carter years and judicial appointments -- too many of us including myself have become complacent and time for all of us to start getting more involved locally where it all starts.
death by morphine...happens all the time with terminally ill people....they just OD 'em to save time.
