I'm sitting at work in my office crying. How can they let her starve to death? We don't do that to sick dogs and cats at least they get a needle. My poor cat Fluffy was attacked by a coyote or a fox and in rough shape and I got to hold her while they gave her a needle; it was over in a second.
How long will Terri's mother have to hold her waiting for her to die?????
I wouldn't be surprised if Terri's parents and family are not allowed to see her again.
Will Terri's mother even be let in the room?
If the last 2 attempts on Terri's life are any indication, ariamne, then I doubt her parents will get much chance to see her.
Terri's trapped in a kafkaesque nightmare.
I don't have any words harsh enough for those who have put her there.
It would seem that we have become a society, where life is not honored or treasured...
when someone's life becomes a matter of convenience...society has lost it's soul..
We cannot assume that someone wishes this or that to be done,
simply because someone else "said so."
That is basically heresay..in my book.
My head is splitting, and my heart hurts..for us all.
