As far as I know, his order cannot override Congress.

He can't override Congress.
There is a subpoena in place.

This is crazy. How can a state judge override Congress?

Allow me to post this in large print and in bold because it's worth repeating.

I am with you. I never heard of a State Judge being able to override a Congressional subpoena. That would make it impossible for Congress to ever subpoena anyone again IMHO.

As far as I know, his order cannot override Congress.A U.S. congressman cannot overrule Florida law -- he just wishes he could.

Judge Greer should be declared in contempt of Congress. Then he should be given the fullest possible punishment for that offense. (Can we lock him up until his contempt of Congress ends or the case ends or she dies?)

Mostly, I agree with you.
I doubt Congress will appreciate being overruled by an arrogant judge, either.
