I have a question - my understanding is that Greer is the Judge but also the Guardian. How can he be both? Isn't there a conflict of interest? It seems like he's ruling for himself. How is that possible?

NOW Greer can be impeached.

What's wrong with the media? They can't get it straight. About what? Everything

This is crazy. How can a state judge override Congress?
I don't want to get into the argument...... but the courts over rule the legislative actions at various times....
Now is this correct/legal?.... Hopefully the Fed Court or the Fl. Supreme Court will step in if there is some basis.

I'm not sure I understand this - did he refuse to be served? Or did he refuse to let these people BE served?

"We may predict the outcome. The federal government branches trump state judges."
No, actually, they don't. In some cases, perhaps, but the US Congress cannot override a state court's decision. Only a federal court can do that, and they've refused to do so several times in this case.
A terrible war was fought over states' rights. I think you're about to be disappointed.

Please please please God, give Terri the ability to sit bolt upright and scream DON'T! when they try to remove the tube.
Please let this lady be able to shout out at least one word in her defense.
Please please please.

If the doctors were given the subpeonas from Congress would they be in contempt if they remove the feeding tube?

Someone should read the Constitution, and it's not us. It's you. The Supremacy Clause states that the federal government trumps the state government, and from what I'm aware, you have the facts about her condition wrong as well.
