This is crazy. How can a state judge override Congress?



I don't want to get into the argument...... but the courts over rule the legislative actions at various times....

Now is this correct/legal?.... Hopefully the Fed Court or the Fl. Supreme Court will step in if there is some basis.

An illegal order remains illegal even if it issued by the highest authority. An order from a judge to murder a human being has no force and effect. The State Of Florida should really be taking steps to prevent the order from being carried out and arrest the judge for breaking the law. We've gotten so used to judicial tyrants that we're afraid to book them.
