She has reacted and smiled. She can breathe on her own. They are simply providing her food. There are no extraordinary methods being used to keep her alive. Many people take food through feeding tubes. Is it possible that there were nefarious acts by Michael which might have caused her condition -- that should be fully investigated. He moved on with his life, had an adulterous relationship, lives with another woman, and has two children with her. Her wishes were not put in writing -- why should we believe him? Unfortunately, Terri is in no position to file for divorce. That marriage was over long ago, yet he remains in control of life and death. What happened to the money from the lawsuit that he said would be used for her care? Her parents want to care for her. He should allow them to make the decision. Does that about sum it up?

Subpoenas have just been delivered to stop the removal of the feeding tube. Persons receiving them---Michael Schiavo,Terri's parents and the attending physician have to report in response on Mar 25. So at least this buys time for the government to do its job and save Terri and others like her who can't speak for themselves.

I heard the news last night. She deserves the same kind of due process as those on death row.

The son-in-law from hell got his wish -- TERRI HAS DIED.

I don't know that it was her wish. Michael said so. Do we believe him? Judge Greer screwed up in the timeline of Karen Ann Quinlan. That testimony, which he discounted, might have saved her life. It was years before Michael came up with her wishes from a casual conversation. RIP, Terri.
