People need to LISTEN to what these Congress people are saying.
He just said that THEY will decide issues above and beyond what a husband and wife might decide.
He actually said that the sanctity of life is more than the sancitity of marriage.
They're coming into EACH and EVERY issue in our lives.

Are you in favor of passing laws in the legislature by the peoples' elected representatives or in favor of judges legislating from the bench?
As for the sanctity of marriage - when there is no marriage - the sanctity of life is extant.
