Are you in favor of passing laws in the legislature by the peoples' elected representatives or in favor of judges legislating from the bench?

As for the sanctity of marriage - when there is no marriage - the sanctity of life is extant.

Aren't you all in favor of judges now legislating from the bench? Isn't that this is all about, disagreeing with court rulings and trying to find somebody who agrees with you?
