You know, you are posting that your main problem is with the "government" getting involved and that you don't like the "precedent" this sets---

The problem with your arguement is, that the judge, by ordering the removal of the tube, IS the government getting involved---HE IS THE GOVERNMENT--therefore, you can't get mad at the US Congress, but not mad at the husband and the State of Florida, because they have chosen to have a government judge be the last word on this!!

The Florida State Constitution is the final word in this case. The Judge is following the law as set down in that document. It is also settled law according to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The legislature's can't just pass a law and ignore the Constitution in the process.

Or is that what some people here want them to do?
