Missouri weighs in. Clearly a conflict between members of Terri's family. Rep. Roy Blount (r) Missouri, majority whip. She hadn't written it down. What this legislation would do is let a judge look at the facts one more time.

we are not deciding tonight anything that a family should be deciding... nobody's talked about family members fighting over that decision. The vote will be a bi-partisan vote, not about democrats or republicans. It would require us to look at the broader legislation introduced last week. I URGE THAT THIS LEGISLATION PASS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
