I was talking about the US Bill, not the Florida one. It is so watered down that the Judge may ignore that one too. They changed "Shall" to "May" and Judge Greer is going to say that a bill subverting his authority is unconstitutional or something.

I wouldn't have believed this a few days ago, but I never would have believed a lowly circuit court Judge could defy the US Congress and not honor subpoenas issued by the Senate and the House.

What is Congress going to do then? Do what Bush and his brother are doing, sitting on their hands and saying they don't have the authority?
