Neither of those would work, and it would backfire. A JUDGE would dismiss all the charges VERY quickly, and the bast@rds would be off scott-free.
Better idea would be protective custody during a 60 day investigation, and give her the FULLEST possible therapy during those 60 days. EVERYTHING that the hubbie has denied her all these years.
With a little luck and prayer she would be noticably better,
maybe even able to swallow baby food all on her own safely.
Who could do that? The DCF seems hopelessly ineffectual. Who could put her in protective custody?
