"Well I could just cry after calling Jeb's office. If something is planned they aren't saying a word except the same old thing."

I have criticized Gov. Bush for not acting sooner, but I don't believe he will sit back and let Judge Greer dictate fron his bench what the US Congress can and cannot do. Unless they want a full mutiny on their hands, Judge Greer cannot succeed.

Since the Congress has issued a supoenae, I believe Gov. Bush will act to prevent this outrageous behavior. If he doesn't, then the US doesn't exist as we know it. Congress is rendered powerless and judges will rule openly as little dictators all over this country. We will have anarchy.

Right now, we don't know for sure if they were served.

If this isn't a case of judicial tyranny, then I don't know what.

Yeah, and a PROBATE judge, no less!

Why in the name of all that is good, is a PROBATE judge, A judge who decides the division of property on the event of death, for some odd reason, have the power over the LIFE of Terri Schiavo?! A woman is being treated as a husband's property---instead of an individual. This sets woman's rights back to the dark ages!
