A Judge has to approve it. That's why the House bill was better. I think it goes before a Federal Judge, then back to Judge Greer. And the way it's worded the Federal Judge doesn't have to re-insert the tube.
Why in the world would Michael be taking in friends to see Terri? That is just sick. They are not Terri's friends. What's he doing gloating over Terri in front of his murdering friends. He has to show them his handiwork. He is so evil.
I hope Attorney Gibbs is getting ready to put an emergency motion in front of Judge Greer to take Michael's guardianship away since he violated court order when he allowed his friends in and denied the Schindler their right to see their daughter for 4 hours.
He is obviously pro-death for Terri!
Ken Connor by the way is super sharp and did extremely well in that interview defending the appropriateness and legality of the impending legislation.
If Terri were not trapped in a death camp, under normal circumstances one would be able to do as you say.
The guards are under orders not to allow this.
Terri has to die, and they are going to make sure she does.

Who was it? I haven't been watching much news lately, even Fox. I've gotten to where I can't stand the lies that are allowed to stand on a number of issues. If we are as informed as we are here, how can these news guys not be to ask pertinent questions? Anyway, I get my news here.
