Friends of mine in a not so bad section have been mugged 3 times.
Again, shades of New York in the 1970s/198
SO? that makes it OK??? new york stinks and so does la, mugging is bad when it happens anywhere, not special in ny.
but its a dry heat
That part of PB is great for bonfires.
Hmmm, what happens when the majority of the people in LA are the welfare receivers?
I gather that you've never been to Detroit, Newark or Camden.

I guess you'll just pay and pay and pay. You do live in kalifornia................suck it up and pay!
Sure, that's why houseprices are skyrocketing, because nobody wants to live here. (/sarcasm)
She's got eyes as pretty as a pair of jewels, falling down in Camden like a couple of drunken criminals.

Have you been to the beach lately on a weekend? It is like Tijuana!
read later.
Then it shouldn't be any problem for you to leave. Or, as you refer in your second reply to the same post, you want to see what comes next? I do. Why are y'all such 'fraidy cats?
I'm laughing at the whackydoddles who think this is radiating from LA. The communist infiltration during the 40 and 50s was thorough and hollyweird was severely compromised. As were the three pillars, the executive, legislative and judicial branches, and the fourth estate, and fifth column! Every urban sprawl is the same, and has the same looters. It is a cancer eating from within and won't be exorcised until it festers. Running away is not the answer, nor is living in fear nor fearing false demons. None are immune. Run and die tired if you will, I'll stay and fight.
Oh, I had that happen to me on the north end of the 710 freeway.....three different people selling junk and asking flat out for money.
The clock is ticking for me, if I knew the crash was coming soon I would stick it out and try to buy a piece of property at the low end and sit on it. It's an approximate ten year cycle, 96 was the last low point.
When you drive into America through the Otay Mesa crossing (San Diego), the freelancers tend to sell Chiclet gum and windshield washes.
Y I K E S !!Beautiful downtown Burbank??
