The Indian govt took action against terrorists -- not against law-abiding citizens. If a group of citizens take up arms against the government, the country ahs a right to stop this

I wouldn't call Punjabis Indians by any stretch. Sure, a lot of them favor ties with India, but most are tired of sustaining the rest of India. Actually, I take that back. Most Punjabis opposed to India are already dead or living outside of India. The British, along with the Nehru-Gandhi clan, chose the geographical boundary of India. It is time that different ethnic groups in India choose their own fate.
