(May they be successful inc rrying it out.) So you, of course, dismiss the fatwa as suspicious and not real because it would contradict your argument, so it can't possibly be for real.

Lets see now... he claims the basis for his fatwah was "istihlal"... ie, making up new laws. Now, sharia is a cornerstone of islam, and noting what I said above in post #414, the basis for his own fatwah, can be equally applied to those who want to follow the laws of man, ie, secularism, over the laws of Allah, ie sharia. In fact if you read my previous post, its exactly what the Spanish Muslim keynote speaker of the "Islam in Europe" conference was alluding to.

Now, do you see the problem with this fatwah?

A 'fatwa' that you want 'carried out peacefully' (I guess you don't want them to hurt dein Führer OBL). A fatwa 4 years after 9/11, one year after the Spanish attacks. A mere show. If they really meant it they would have issued it the day after either of these attacks and NOT celebrated. If they really meant it they would have sent attack squads to Pakistan to capture OBL.
