How about this possibility? Whoever did the hit on the customs agent may have thought that this courthouse killing would be an ideal distraction and decided to act around the same time. If so, we are talking about someone very shrewd.

Could be.......& with 'law enforcements' having so much trouble finding one perp, I hate to think about them trying to find TWO (or more).

Yup. I was thinking that yesterday would have been a good time to 'hold-up' a bank...on the other side of town.
