Yes, it means that she condones murder of the most helpless.No. It means she's carefully weighs the Life of the Child against the Liberty of the Mother. I beleive abortion should be allowed in the case of Rape, Incest, or risk of death to the Mother. Most of America does too - Republicans, Democrats, Independents.
