Yep, 11 charges I believe and no bail, which leads me to believe he was considered a danger to himself and others, and a flight risk. So why wasn't he in restraints? Bad courtroom policy cost these people their lives. I'm wondering how many other times this guy has been arrested and convicted for similar crimes.
