If that is so, great decision! Geeze, and he had a record already. And was on trial for raping and kidnapping his girlfriend (fiancee). Wonder why there was a mistrial last week?
Post #268 taken from the Fulton Co. Sheriff's Dept. says there was no bond and no bail. If he was out on bond after the mistrial, I'll be interested in knowing who the Judge was. If it was Barnes, he signed his own death warrant.
