Honest question (I've been gone from there for several years), did Shirley Franklin start to clean house when she became mayor, or is she just another version of Campbell and Company?
Thank God, no, Harvard is the assistant to the head of Hartsfield Airport police. Richard Pennington is the APD chief (only marginally better than Harvard, but I guess beggars can't be choosy)...
