Possibly, but unlikely. If he'd had a ride waiting he wouldn't have needed the multiple carjackings.

If you put it in the upper levels (and not the roof) of a parking structure, it's not going to arouse attention. There's millions of green Hondas running around, and the police aren't going to conduct a building by building search when they think he's running. They might be able to figure out what he left in by reviewing the sec-cams from the parking structure (haven't seen a large one that *doesn't* have one covering each entry and exit in years).

That was simply the last reported carjacking. If he did another one, he probably still has the victim and a very real possibility is that he's at their house as a hideout.
