He had gone to her house a couple days prior to her birthday with an ice chest and lunch meat and bread. He had planned on staying with her and he apparently held her hostage and allegedly raped her, kidnapped her and sodomized her and, at some point, she got away," said Rockwell. Nichols lived in a gated community called the Laurel Grove condominiums just off I-285 in Sandy Springs, according to information obtained by 11Alive's Jon Shirek. They all sound crazy. Why is a female deputy escorting this big man alone? Why did the prosecutor say he was "not violent" in her news conference? She must have been smoking crack. From what he did to his ex girlfriend how can a jury come back hung?
