If it's on the eighth floor, Boortz can't have been in this courtroom, he hasn't practiced law for years and it's the NEW courthouse that has 8 floors.

I left private practice a long time after Boortz, and I only tried one case in the new courthouse. It was on the eighth floor, but it was before Judge Long.

It's a terrible shame, Judge Barnes was a very well-liked judge and a good man.

Other judge said that it occured in the part of the courthouse that was constructed in the 1930s.

The old one has 8 floors, the new one has 9 (or is it 10?) floors.
