If it's on the eighth floor, Boortz can't have been in this courtroom, he hasn't practiced law for years and it's the NEW courthouse that has 8 floors.

Other judge said that it occured in the part of the courthouse that was constructed in the 1930s.

The old Superior courthouse was built in 1914. The new courthouse ("the tower") was built shortly before I quit private practice, some time in the late 80s or early 90s.

The State Court building is newer, but Judge Barnes is a Superior Court judge.
