IMHO this guy had better eat a bullet from that cops gun before they get to him. His life isn't worth spit. He just pee-peed away any chance he ever had of seeing life outside of a prision ever again.
Let's not get carried away. Its doubtful that anyone would ever get a fair trial if they were shackled. It doesn't take a bleeding heart defense lawyer to realize that. How many times does something like this happen? Its not like it is very common.
Why not just skip the trials altogether?

Yes, this is what I have been saying for a while on here. This situation dramatically defines the wrong of Political Correctness in the courtrooms. This horrific scene is unfolding all because the accused was allowed to walk in, after having been found to have a "shank" in his shoes last week in court, and given all the rights of any ordinary person coming to trial who did not have a history of crime or hostility. Amazing.
Oh, man; add his name to the list of people who made HUGE mistakes last week, huh?
