Let's not get carried away. Its doubtful that anyone would ever get a fair trial if they were shackled. It doesn't take a bleeding heart defense lawyer to realize that. How many times does something like this happen? Its not like it is very common.
Why not just skip the trials altogether?
The guy had a shank on him Wednesday. He should've been restrained.

Carried away? The man was on trial for a very VERY viloent crime. He'd already been caught trying to sneak a home made knife into the court on Wed. How much more warning did the Atl. cops need that this guy needed cuffs on whenthey brought him in?
That's exactly what some people seem to want, and I hope for their sakes they don't get their wishes then get falsely accused.

The school guy is saying for parents NOT to come and pick up their kids, that THEY will take care of them.
