Doug from Upland was just on Sean's show he was great. Defended Hannity and said there are a few freepers who need to get it together or something to that effect. Our mission as freepers to knock out Hillary according to Doug.

I give credit to Sean for really exposing the hypocrisy of the left. I think that he really did make a difference in the last election. Rush is more entertaining and Medved is smarter (Medved is smarter than almost all of them). But Sean is a very, very powerful voice for our side. He does it on both radio and television. He promotes his book? Good for him.

He really is a good guy, and I think it's a mistake to compare him to Rush. He has raised lots of money for the troops, for 911 victims, he is there all the time doing good deeds. He seems like a good guy.

And you don't get 15 million listeners just because you come on after Rush, radio is not like that.

1. I appreciated his energy at the KABC talk fest last night.
2. I was pleased to have a photo with him holding a sign that says I LOVE FREEPERS.
3. Some FReepers complain that he promotes his books too much. Hey, you go write a book. If you don't promote yourself, who will do it for you?
4. I got in a cheap shameless plug for our new parody CD, YOU'VE BEEN FREEPED, Vol. 1. Yippee!
5. Sean said that the single greatest political protest ever was GET OUT OF CHENEY'S HOUSE!
6. We agreed that he and FReepers are on the same side, and we have two challenges --- the War on Terror and stopping Hillary Clinton.

Really, do you have that hard a time accepting that not everyone shares your man-crush for Sean?

Can't you defend your position, rather than asking people to stop posting their opinions? The point I've been trying to make all day is that you're in here screaming at everyone to like Sean. Guess what, Doug? Most of us already do.

Once again: Sean is one of the good guys. I knew this already. Repeating it incessantly is NOT necessary.

LOL. Sooner or later one learns to self-promote only in settings that include a tacit agreement with the listeners to sit still for it. Otherwise, it's pretty tacky and tends to just incite 'em to throw things.

A few days a week, I listen to Sean during the drive and REALLY enjoy the show. I loved hearing the interview with Mel Gibson yesterday, and Ollie North today. Sean has a wide variety of guests and they are INTERESTING conversations.

I have yet to hear Sean ever plug his book, but it wouldn't bother me if he did.

I thought your call was great--I really enjoyed it; and I knew that when I got home, there would be a thread--I did NOT know you had a CD out--I'm interested in it, how can I get one?

Thanks, Doug, for expressing our friendship and appreciation for Sean. I wasn't much of a listener until the last couple of months, and Sean has really grown on me. He IS a great American, and so are you. ;-D
