I wonder if it's HEATING OIL? Whats the explosive factor of that stuff?

Home heating oil is essentially the same diesel oil run in cars and trucks. The taxation scheme on the product is different. The oil for one of the markets is dyed to distinguish it. The aim is to prevent truckers from evading the tax by using home heating oil.
