The only worker still missing after the explosion of BP's Texas City refinery was found dead in the plant's rubble today, bringing the death toll to 15. At least seven other blast victims, meanwhile, are fighting for their lives in hospitals. …snip….
Until the 15th body turned up this morning, BP officials thought the missing worker had simply left the plant Wednesday and neglected to check in.
