A judge released the DCF document seeking intervention in the Terri Schiavo case. She's the brain-damaged woman at the center of a "right to die" battle.
The department of children and families document names Michael Schiavo as responsible for the mistreatment of his wife. The nine complaints cited are very technical. They essentially claim the abuse or neglect of Terri is in the form of the kind of medical treatment Terri is, or in some cases is not receiving.
The complaint accuses Michael Schiavo of: 1. Failure to educate using certain therapies in violation of guardianship 2. Experimental procedures performed without proper medical and legal procedures observed. 3. Lack of manipulation of the ward's (Terri’s) arms causing severe contractures
Circuit judge George Greer says he will make the document available to the public tomorrow. Greer ordered Terri Schiavo's feeding tube be removed March 18th.
Amazing how some continue to worry about how Terri will be taken care of, if her parents get the chance.
If they would just read this thread, they would see there are many, including myself who volunteered to help with $$$'s.
One of the biggest dangers our country now faces, is the BS coming from some, about people being a burden. Hitler somehow convienced the German people it was okay to kill thousands of disabled, because it was good for the STATE'S FINANCES.
DJ, I'm thinking it's hopeless to convience some, that Terri's care is NOT a burden. The only burden I see, is the BURDEN OF GUILT, that will befall this country, if Judge Greer is sucessful in his decree to execute Terri.
Hopefully the investigation of 30+ pages of detailed abuse, will STOPPED THE TRAIN OF MURDER, before it's too late.
Greer toyed with the idea of letting Terri DIE AT HOME. What an evil monster!!!
Michael Schiavo was living with the Schindlers at that time.
The Schindlers have NEVER had control of Terri OR where she would reside so your point is specious..

YES, indeed. Those who are supportering Greer in his decision from H*LL, are repeating history.
Very understandable, that the *Detractors* get very angry, when they are reminded of *The Shoe They are Wearing*, specially made by HITLER himself.
Perhaps some are uninformed about Hitler's Final Solution.
I would suspect that's the case. The history taught in schools now leave something to be desired.

Unbelieveable horror and insanity. What were they thinking? Even knowing about history, seeing that photo IS unreal.
Yikes! Unlike you, yes there are people who actually care and are willing to defend and care for those who can not care or defend themselves. Without people with morals and hearts to care freedom becomes anarchy with people preying on others. Where we draw the line determines if freedom can exist, the one thing libertarians leave out of the equation. Thank God there are do gooders still left in America!

It belongs on Terri's threads. The hedious reality of the past, may wake up some who can't see the truth. Maybe you should post it everytime the money issue comes up, or even everytime someone agrees with GREER/FELOS/HINO.

Actually, it's very much on point. She was being cared for in her parents' home and it proved too much for all the family members involved, including her parents and her husband. Now if her parents want to try again, then I say let them. Either they will come up with a way of making it work this time or they will come to grips with a situation they have purposefully avoided dealing with.
Did you happen to get a chance to *point* your eyes on the photo of Hitler's propaganda?
If you would, you might stop worrying about your so called, *burden of care*.
