There is no total control of the media anymore. The internet and radio has rendered TV nearly a joke.
To paraphrase Ann Coulter in her 2005 speech at CPAC, Big Media still has overwhelming power to set the agenda. And I agree, even though an awesome conterweight has been built up in a short time, thanks in part to the people of Free Republic.
