A Jacksonville victim rights group and a state legislator urged Gov. Jeb Bush on Monday to launch a criminal probe into events that put Terri Schiavo in the hospital with severe brain damage 15 years ago.
Justice Coalition founder Ted Hires also asked the state Department of Children & Families to take Schiavo into protective custody and Florida's attorney general to initiate a civil rights investigation into her treatment and efforts by her husband to have the feeding tube that keeps her alive removed. . . .
Her parents said they filed the divorce proceedings because of Michael Schiavo's "total disregard for Terri as his wife." ....

Great post!
The forces of death on FR and elsewhere are declaring her dead already. Dehumanizing her is their own mental ploy to justify their words and actions in support of those who want to kill her in fact.

Do you really believe that she is 'unconscious' and in a 'reflexive state'??
Eyewitnesses and earwitnesses are not perfect. You realize of course that your "are unreliable" applies to that instance where Terri's wishes were claimed to have been heard by the then husband.
I haven't looked lately, but Sen King used to be on the Board of Directors of some of Florida's Death Mills. Talk about a conflict of interest. You get to pass the laws that your Death Mill benefits from.
I say boycott the whole state until they get their act together.
Pinging others to your Post #45, mom ...
You have some problems. Bitter the cup of the day for you, eh?
Absolutely. Anyone that doesn't is in denial.
And if you understood that she is unconscious, then it would seem natural to let her die, wouldn't it?
Deny this:
No.
You realize, don't you, that you are pursuing this to a ridiculous extent? as well as being downright and unacceptably ugly, hateful, whatever? That hardly does any credit to any of your prior statements of feigned ignorance. But I'm sure you'll hear that from others as well.
I missed it. What is an important find?
It's the ANTI EUTHANASIA cause that these priests expound...yeah real political, can you imagine this argument even ten years ago!

This may be good news
This is Terri being told to wakeup, then told to open her eyes.
Dr Hammesfahr spent 10 hours with her and says she is not PVS.
During this time, she would move her head and track her head and eyes to the sound of music, or her mother's voice.
Another newbie who signed on to FR to post a vanity.
Hahahaha, check out post #14.
A vegetable that flirts with good looking guys! Would that make Terri a hot tomato? Ooops, tomatoes are fruit.
Please take the time to educate yourself on Terri's true condition, and the lack of care she has received for the last 15 years. It's all here on these threads. She is not a vegetable, she is brain damaged, but not brain dead. That attorney isn't half bad looking ;)
good find
