Apparantly Judge Lefkow ruled IN FAVOR of Hale, but the media keeps lying about this. Even I believed it, until a friend in Illinois enlightened me (see link below). An appellate court overturned her decision and she merely enforced the law by threatening to fine him. The "white supremacist" motive is falling short. I think y'all are going in the wrong direction on this and allowing media propaganda to cloud your judgement.

I know that link..thanks. Time will tell. Check out the white supremest links sometime. The KKK is TAME compared to what I have found. As I earlier commented, I visited his chat room under the Church's name which had sued him. The hate was there. Enough for me to get out of there when I entered into some conversations with his group..and I was not belligerent.

Coulson Esq.,(Chicago) spoke on O'Reilly. April 6th is to be Hale's date before the judge. This was as you said a trademark case and yes she ruled in favor of Hale. Overturned, she had to issue the injunction and she did fine him. She was easy on Hale, but he is still the "top" suspect. The media is not being told differently by authorities in charge.
