THIS DOCTOR IS KNOCKING IT OUT OF THE PARK!HE is saying from what he knows of TERRI she is at the very least MINIMUMLY CONCIOUS!!! This man says she is either minimally concious or FULLY CONCIOUS! That she deserves the chance to PARTICIPATE in this decision if she is ABLE!
