It is amazing to me, that a judge who is actually legally blind, is such a biased judge.

A good conistutional lawyer would have nailed him to the wall by now. I hate to say it, but they had cheap, very cheap attorneys in this case. Pro bono, ect. That does not mean they are bad people.
