Question: Why isn't Felos indicted by now?
Once apprised of their son-in-law’s plans, the Schindlers initiated action to stop the removal of the feeding and in May, 1998, Felos filed a petition to do so before Sixth Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer. Although the initial proceedings had been in St. Petersburg before Shames, Felos seemingly intentionally judge shopped to seek out Greer in Clearwater to file the death warrant petition.
An investigation will produce indictments for multiple counts of attempted murder, wrongful death, accessory after the fact, abuse, fraud, bribery, et alia.
Phil...there is something else Felos did that screams out for accountability and just punishment.
When Jeb intervened the last time Terri was undergoing being STARVED and DEHYDRATED, and THANK GOD, got the legislature to rapidly pass Terri's Law, ( who of us will ever forget this, and HOW did Terri, the Schindler's, their priest and Pat Anderson STAND THIS TORTURE ), and ordered that Terri's tube be re-inserted IMMEDIATELY, she was taken by ambulance to the Morton Plant Hospital for immediate re-insertion and hydration.
TIME WAS WASTED .. WITH TERRI ON THAT GUERNEY, WAITING and WAITING OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL, as every precious minute counted by that time, AS ONE

CALLED THE HOSPITAL AUTHORITIES AND THREATENED THEM WITH A LAWSUIT AND CLOSURE IF THEY SO MUCH AS MADE ONE MOVE TO RE-INSERT A TUBE SO THAT TERRI COULD RECIEVE NOURISHMENT.

I do not know if they started an immediate IV beforehand....but I do know that if THIS IS NOT AN ATTORNEY BREAKING HIS OATH OF OFFICE AND GOING AGAINST THE LAW OF HIS STATE...........I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS...

Why was george felos not thrown out of the florida bar for that act of absolutely heinous threat that defied the Law?
