TERRI SCHIAVO MARCH 2005 DAILIES Fla's Til of the Hun Sets March Date to Starve Terri
Terri's Fight, The Empire Journal, World Net Daily, Life News ^ | February 28, 2005 | floriduh voter

Terri's Freepers,

Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.

3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Terri's family is grateful to you and all of your prayers are being heard by the Giver of Life.

Greer's hands aren't clean in all this. He apparently made a deal with the devil to get this done, thinking that this would slide through courtroom almost unnoticed by the public. Instead the eyes of the world are watching him.
He wants Terri dead. Why is it so important to him?

Re: HR 1151 / US S 539

Please contact your US Congressman and Senator and urge support of US HR 1151 = House Resolution 1151 and US S 539 - US Senate Bill 539 'The Incapacitated Persons Protection Act'

Sample message:

House Rep / Senator XXXXX,

With regards to representative Weldon's proposed bill 1151 (see above for correct designations) titled the Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act, I encourage you to give this favorable consideration.

Clearly, state Circuit Courts are not applying the law appropriately in a number of cases throughout the United States as it relates to vulnerable and incapacitated persons and their retained rights. A measure like bill 1151 would give these innocent people a Federal avenue of review that we consider a retained right of criminals. I believe the rights of the disabled amongst us should be no less vigorously defended than the rights of those who have broken the law.

I also believe that without such Federal protection, cases such as these will grow more complicated and burdensome on the state courts and innocent lives will be lost.

Please do the right thing for America's disabled and give your unwavering favorable consideration to this act.

There is an 800 number for the Congressmen and Senators:

U.S. Senators and Congressmembers, etc.

He wants Terri dead. Why is it so important to him?

Firstly, because he's got a pro-death agenda. Evidence: 1) he made a deal with Felos before he even got "assigned" this case; 2) he used to be an attorney for Scientology; 3) he's in cahoots with all the players of/at hospice; 4) he's got money coming in, i.e., obvious from re-election from pro-death interest groups.

Secondly, it's gone way beyond the initial pro-death agenda. Evidence: 1) he's abused and broken numerous Florida laws and its constitution (see Empire Journal articles); 2) he's corrupted the rule of law and wants the "evidence" destroyed (cremated) before others have physical proof concerning her body; 3) he's been aiding and abetting the murder, and must see it through to the end because, to do otherwise, he fears an investigation into his own criminality.

I'm sure there's plenty of other reasons others can think of about why Greer wants Terri killed.

Boxer detests life in all it's forms. She's probably trying to figure out a way to make the euthanasia of Terri a statement in favor of abortion. I'm insulted that she is my "senator".

This popular monster first ordered Terri's death in 2000. He has taken five years to achieve his dream. The man is mad, and so are those Pinellas/Pasco voters who supported him. Greer is a staunch believer in raw judicial power -- particularly when he is exercising that power. FL people don't seem to understand that well, do they?

Hey y'all -- I have to bail out for a while. (Yes, I know it's at the crucial time.) I mentioned I'd injured my knee/leg last week while getting ready to go to Florida. How am I doing? I'm OK unless I sit or stand. :) I borrowed a cane from my dad. I'm getting concerned about it so I'm going to the doctor. Prayers will be appreciated.

One last thing. My faith was fading, almost gone. Terri, more than anything else, helped it be restored. And associating with you great people on these threads strengthened it.

Good night bump and prayer for Terri.

Not so; if Terri were a member of the Boxer constituency, she would flock down to Clearwater and literally "box" George W. Greer off the bench. She has spunk, something so many of our Republicans seem to lack. No, I am not for Boxer. You did know that her daughter was once married to Mrs. Clinton's brother.

Fla. legislators make their move in battle over feeding tube removal

BY GARY FINEOUT

Knight Ridder Newspapers

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - (KRT) - With just days left before Terri Schiavo's feeding tube is to be removed, the Florida Legislature moved once again to intervene in the case, rushing ahead Monday with a bill to keep the brain-damaged woman alive.

A vote on "Terri's Law II," put together by top Republicans in the House and Senate, is expected later this week and could go to Gov. Jeb Bush for his signature Friday, the same day the tube is scheduled to be removed.

In late 2003, after Schiavo's feeding tube had been taken out when a court order permitted it, Bush and lawmakers intervened in the long-running battle over her fate, passing a law that allowed the governor to have the tube reinserted. But that effort was ultimately struck down by the state Supreme Court, which ruled the law unconstitutional. The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear the governor's appeal.

In an effort to get around another legal challenge, legislators have crafted a much broader bill. It says no patients in a persistent vegetative state - Schiavo's diagnosis - can have their feeding tubes removed unless they meet one of several conditions, including:

(ASTERISK)They have left written instructions approving the denial of food and water.

(ASTERISK)There is "clear and convincing evidence" that before becoming incapacitated, they "expressly" directed the withholding of food and water.

(ASTERISK)Death is imminent and a feeding tube would not help.

"We as a state would have this position for this situation for these people," said Sen. Dan Webster, a Republican and one of the bill's sponsors. "The state would err on the side of life."

And to make sure the new law would affect Schiavo, a bill provision states it would apply to all Floridians in a persistent vegetative state who are still alive.

"Any life that exists and is presently here today deserves the benefit of this legislation," said Rep. David Simmons, a Republican and chairman of the House committee that approved the bill on Monday. "I don't care who it is."

Schiavo, who collapsed 15 years ago and suffered extensive brain damage because her heart stopped beating, can breathe on her own but requires a feeding tube for food and water. Her husband, Michael Schiavo, who says his wife once told him she would never want to be kept alive artificially, has sought for the past seven years to have the tube removed, but his efforts have been challenged by Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary Schindler.

STRONG FEELINGS

The Schiavo case galvanized religious and conservative organizations, as well as those who represent the disabled. Those groups say the state should not allow guardians of an incapacitated person to deny food and water to someone who can't speak for herself. Many of these people were on hand Monday as the House Judiciary Committee voted 9-2 to approve "Terri's Law II."

But there were others who said this latest bill usurps family rights and cedes very personal end-of-life decisions to the government. They warned the bill could lead to tragic situations in which families are forced to keep a brain-dead loved one alive.

FEAR OF THE STATE

"I don't think I want the government in my bedroom and I certainly don't want them on my deathbed," said Jean Harden, a Florida resident who initially planned to speak in opposition to the bill but decided against it when she realized the committee planned to vote in favor of it.

While some Republicans said they may revise this provision, Rep. Dennis Baxley, a Republican and sponsor of the bill, retorted "what is snowballing is a culture of death."

Two Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee voted against Baxley's bill Monday: Rep. Dan Gelber and Rep. Curtis Richardson.

Gelber said he fears the bill would deny the rights of parents to decide what to do with incapacitated children, since it would be hard to decide if a child made an informed decision on end-of-life issues.

"I think we have to resist the impulse to insert our judgment into what is the most intimate of family decisions," Gelber said. "We can't simply make a law that is geared toward one scenario."

Baxley's bill will be heard by its last committee Tuesday and is likely to be passed by the House by the end of the week. Webster's identical measure is expected to clear its Senate committee today - positioning the two chambers to send the legislation to Bush by Friday.

Several last-minute court appeals are pending.

Lawyers with the Department of Children & Families on Monday appealed a judge's decision that keeps them from delaying the case.

The Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland is also considering appeals from Schiavo's parents.

I'm not disputing that at all. In fact some speculation was that he left with a bigger war chest than when he started.
Boxer is spunky like you have stated but she is pure evil. She once put red coat hangers all over Marin county when she was running over there against a prolife opponent. And she always had these New Yorkers working the streets for her.
