TERRI SCHIAVO MARCH 2005 DAILIES Fla's Til of the Hun Sets March Date to Starve Terri

Terri's Freepers,

Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI

2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.

3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Terri's family is grateful to you and all of your prayers are being heard by the Giver of Life.

This is Terri's Fight and the battle is enjoined. JOIN US TO SAVE TERRI FROM FORCES THAT HAVE BUT ONE GOAL THAT IS AGAINST EVERYTHING AMERICAN.

GUIDELINES: If you want to start frivolous discussions, please start your own thread in chat.

Hacked last night and now the publishers of The Empire Journal have been blocked from appearing on Butch Chancellor's show on crusade radio to talk about the Schiavo case. Someone has blocked the phone line to the show so we can't call in.

oh my goodness!!!

Gallagher is laying out all the facts now. You can tell he's on our side.

Read editorial to the effect that Terri's case could allow the judges to dispose of lives at their discretion.

Keep Freeping him to get him to broadcast from FL!

Don't you imagine that when these "seasoned members" found out that George W. Greer was "Republican" that they just therefore assumed that Terri SHOULD be executed!

NO. Funny to hear unseasoned members making judgments of seasoned members without one single qoute from a seasoned poster being provided as proof.

There are some seasoned posters who tend to be highly skeptical of everything, until they know the facts.

There are many unseasoned posters who believe every rumor, and never bother with researching the facts themselves. Which is worse?

Trolls always seem to expose themselves, it is their nature. The best way to deal with them is not to post ANY REPLIES to them. Their purpose is not in spreading the truth, their purpose is to get people to pay attention to them.

Yep! To the best of my knowledge. I've noticed that there are some articles which are linking to the petition. I do believe that in addition to the petition that we must start calling or mailing the letter which has been on my FR page!

It's insane to think that a judge can trump the entire Florida government, possibly the Feds too and it must not be allowed to happen. We have to make so much noise that our elected "representatives" have no doubt that they "have" to act in order to regain public confidence.

I don't know. We're trying to track both the hacker and the phone perp. Our stats pick up IP numbers. If we patrol the site, we sometimes catch them in the process. The site was definitely compromised last week and we tracked it back to a person who posts here regularly. We've had someone on the site from San Diego this am for over 400 minutes and same person was on yesterday for 652 minutes---someone in the news lately in Terri case from San Diego that was said to have had a connection back to Felos and MS.

HERES A LITTLE TRUTH IN ADVERTISING:

Doctors say Schiavo, who received part of the $14 million from scamming MEDICARE through signing Death warrants for over 150 NON-TERMINAL patients which they brought to the hospice to eventually be starved to death or otherwise killed, is in a persistent vegetative state.

They say any movements or sounds she makes (especially the words HELP, MURDER, BAD MICHAEL, LOVE MOMMY, ME IN HERE) are coincidental and not a result of consciousness. Doctors also want to stress that the fact some have seen her sitting upright in a chair should not be mistaken for actually having any kind of motor control of any of her body. Outside visitors are only allowed after doctors have bound and gagged her and shot her up with sedatives. This way she won't 'confuse' the public with any sudden sounds or movements.

Her husband(executioner), Michael Schiavo, contends his wife would not want to keep him from marrying another woman, having children, spending her rehab money on house, car, having her wedding ring MELTED DOWN (screw letting her die with it on!), making money off the investment of her rehab money, being an enforcer for the mob, helping them milk Medicare of over $14 million. "I know Terri would want to die just to see me be happy!"

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You that nothing can stop the forward march of truth. Greatly are You to be praised, O God, for truth has stirred the enemy to wrath. Thwart his every attempt to deceive the people, Merciful Father, for the people are hungry for knowledge. As this mother's child has been held in the shadows, so shine the light of truth on her jailers that they be exposed before the world. Thank You for the pure truth of journalism that You have placed before us in these good people from Empire ... prosper their work, for it is enormous. Protect them, for the enemy is vicious ... reward their diligence that they might know the joy of freedom for this wounded woman. Go before us this day, Lord, for You know the way. In the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

I don't recall what connection Kathleen Walker had with Terri. I know she wrote a letter to the SP Times in response to a story they did but that's about all I know about her.

Have you contacted Jackie Rhodes? She was a friend and co-worker of Terri's and testified during the trial.

Tears, hope fill rally for Schiavo

Court order causes hundreds to gather

By AETNA SMITH and DIANE HIRTH

Tallahassee (Fla.) Democrat

Hundreds gathered Sunday at the steps of the state's old Capitol to rally against a Pinellas County court order to remove Terri Schiavo's feeding tube Friday.

Some held placards with the words "Rose Rally for Terri" during a blustery, yet sunny, afternoon. Others cried during the event attended by Schiavo's family - parents Bob and Mary Schindler and brother Bob Jr. - and hosted by 12 state-level and national groups including Coral Ridge Ministries, the Center for Reclaiming America and Florida Right to Life.

Gary Cass, the executive director of the Center for Reclaiming America, told a group of more than 500 that the "eyes of the world are watching us." The center, an outreach organization of Coral Ridge Ministries, advocates for pro-life and religious-freedom issues.

"The world is watching how we treat the weak, the disabled, and it will reflect on the consciousness of our nation," he said. "We need to do the right thing. We're here to save Terri's life, but it's not just life for Terri, it's also for people like her."

Members of the 12 groups also are in Tallahassee to deliver long-stemmed roses to state legislators Tuesday. They plan to ask for support of a bill moving through the Florida House that would apply generally to all cases of incapacitated persons being kept alive through water and nutrition tubes. The bill would prohibit removing the tubes unless the person left clear written instructions to the contrary.

John Stemberger, the president and general counsel of the Florida Family Council based in Orlando, said the event was not a protest. Audience members and media came from areas of Florida, Georgia and Louisiana, among other states.

"We have a governor who will do everything necessary to save Terri," he said. "The House is creating a bill to intervene. So what do we have to protest here in Tallahassee?"

The bill Stemberger referred to could affect thousands of individuals in hospitals, hospices and nursing homes. The bill (HB 701) by Rep. Dennis Baxley, R-Ocala, reflects the wishes of House Speaker Allan Bense and Senate President Tom Lee not to pass another bill tailored only to the circumstances of Terri Schiavo.

"Terri's Law," hurriedly passed in fall 2003, gave Gov. Jeb Bush the power to have Schiavo's feeding tube reinserted after it had been removed based on a court order. The Florida Supreme Court later overturned the law, and Bense and Lee said they prefer to take a more deliberative, broader approach to such highly emotional life-and-death cases.

"I certainly hope that whatever error I make is on the side of allowing someone to live rather than to die," Baxley said last week.

Stemberger also spoke against what he called the misleading information propagated by the media. He said Schiavo is not brain-dead, comatose or in a persistent vegetative state.

"She can laugh, cry, interact," he said. "She is not on artificial life support. She is fed from a tube. There is nothing dignified about death by dehydration or starvation."

Schiavo's father, Bob Schindler, told the crowd that he was overwhelmed by their concern for his daughter.

"As Friday approaches, the question we keep being asked is 'How do you feel?' We have faith," he said, his voice cracking. "God is in charge. We're being supported by you people. We're so appreciative of what you're doing. "

His wife Mary said she's been trying to teach her daughter to say "I love you."

"She can say the 'I,' but she's having trouble with the 'love you,'" she said. "She's doing OK. She's a strong lady."

Schiavo did not leave a "living will" stating her wishes in case of incapacity. Since a stroke 15 years ago, she has been declared to be severely brain-damaged and in a vegetative state. Her husband and legal guardian Michael Schiavo said letting her die follows what she told him she would want in such circumstances, but the woman's parents have been fighting to keep their daughter alive. They believe she could benefit from rehabilitation.

The Rev. Patrick Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition asked the audience to attend a vigil at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Upper Waller Park near the Capitol. Then supporters of the bill will visit legislators with roses.

"The roses are a reminder that if we don't feed and water roses, their beauty will fade," he said. "Likewise, if Terri is denied food and water, she'll fade."

Cheryl Winn and her family traveled from Jacksonville to attend the rally. She identifies with the Schindler family because after her brother's stroke, his insurance company refused to pay for rehabilitative therapy. He died in a nursing home three years ago.

"They said it was too much money to rehabilitate him and that they couldn't do it," she said. "People need to know about this problem. Allowing (Terri) to die is not right. She needs to be with the people who love her."

Meanwhile, last Wednesday's House Health Care Regulation Committee 7-4 vote for the bill split along party lines, as Democrats suggested the proposal was unwarranted government intrusion into families' private lives.

"I believe in life," said Rep. Yolly Roberson, D-Miami. "But I don't believe I have the right to tell someone to hold on or to let go."
