I heard this! My gosh....schiavo's brother is one nasty human being....I wonder if it runs in the family? DUH!
He is a big bag of wind. If ever there was a lawsuit in this case, ALL SIDES would have open DISCOVERY ordered on them by the Judge. Both would be forced to bring everything forward into the court. Now who has the most skeletons if everything is open to DISCOVERY...Bobby or Michael? Hmm?
Man! That was one vicious tone of voice!!
Thank you for that link! Does this guy take phone calls! (Hannity is getting some great ones in for Terri!)
Sounded to me like he was bullying and trying to intimidate Bobby.
The show host said he's going to contact MS about getting in to see Terri. Schmitt (?) said it had been offered to him maybe 2003 but he didn't take Michael up on it.
Another great Alan Keyes interview in defense of Terri:

I believe he is the guy who backed up Michael's phony story about suddenly remembering that Terri once said she would want to die. Him and his girlfriend, I believe. He is in this to kill Terri every bit as much as Michael. They are like a crime family. See my previous post, though, his threat to sue Bobby is an empty one, because Michael, not Bobby, has all the skeletons that would be dragged into court.
Where was it broadcast?
Thank you TA. I don't know where I got that unless she was on that committee last term. In any event - good news!
He's taken some calls, but I haven't heard the phone# and I've got to cut out for a while.
Keep me posted 8^)
Hannity is on www.wokv.com til 6
Glad I decided to listen to wfla, that was definitely an unforgettable exchange.
Would they have to go before a judge for that hearing?
I phoned 14 Pennsylvania House members. Three of the 14 I phoned today, Mike Fitzpatrick, Tim Holden and Curt Weldon are part of the 105 co-sponsors of the Bill. The others don't know whether they will vote for it or not.
Please contact James Sensenbrenner. I was told by one of the legislative aides he has some concerns about the Bill and its possible repercussions as it is written now. According to this aide, Sensenbrenner is generally most particular about the wording of bills. While the aide is hopeful H.R. 1151 will pass, he is worried it may not pass in time.
A radio talk show...but you're not alone, in that I can't get it either.
I don't know. I've been afraid to find too much out about the process, for fear I'll learn the DCF has to go up in front of one of Greer's cronies.
Yes it is good news. At this point, I will take any SCRAP of good news anyone can give me.
I know what you mean. I'm about to disengage - - because it looks like it's a done deal, and getting emotionally caught up will lead to a big downer come Easter Sunday when she's dead or near death.
Actaully as I go over this list, it doesn't inspire me that much. Schumer, Feinstein, Feingold, KENNEDY, Durbin, etc. A LOT OF PRESSURE needed.
I couldn't agree with you more. You have no idea. At the time I called Santorum's office so much, he was #1 on my speed dial. We could have Toomey as Senator and NEVER had to look at the likes of Specter again. Instead, we are without TOOMEY and Specter is Judiciary chair. I will not be able to forgive Santorum for this for a long, long time, IF EVER!
Faxes, phone calls and E-mails!
