Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

If the judge is on your side, child abuse can hide!
If the judge says no, DCF will have to go!
I think you should to Soros and all the millions his foundation has poured into Death in America and Death with Dignity...both are his programs and he has had 11 years to do his dirty work
I agree. They've already told him that he hasn't the power to stop the investigation. Now we'll see if DCF has cahonees (sp?). Gonads!
Greer really blew it this time. Nobody is supposed to interfere with an investigation of abuse/neglect/exploitation of a disabled vulnerable person. NOBODY!!!
And DCF's petition made it clear they were investigating NEW INFORMATION. VERY CLEAR!
Protective custody is the only answer now.

CLEARWATER - A Pinellas-Pasco judge today refused to allow the Department of Children and Families to intervene in the Terri Schiavo case.
The decision by Circuit Judge George Greer also means the judge won't consider DCF's request for a 60-day stay of his order that Schiavo's feeding tube can be removed at 1 p.m. on March 18.
The agency had said it received abuse and neglect complaints about Schiavo that it needed time to investigate.
But in his order, Greer said all of the allegations have previously been brought before the court. Greer ruled that no law gave DCF the authority to become a party to a guardianship.
Greer also noted that DCF has received numerous abuse complaints about Schiavo in previous years and determined them to be unfounded.
Greer wrote in his order, "What is particularly unsettling is that when asked whether DCF believed that part of its mandated duty was to review orders of this court, the answer from DCF counsel was "yes.' "
The judge said DCF's action appeared intended to circumvent the final judgment of the court that Schiavo would not want to live by artificial means. She collapsed 15 years ago after suffering cardiac arrest related to a chemical imbalance in her body.
Her husband, Michael Schiavo, seeks to have the feeding tube removed while her parents, Bob and Mary Schindler, have waged a long court fight to stop him, saying their daughter is not in a persistent vegetative state.
IMHO, Judge Greer has much to hide in other matters also. If only some enterprising investigator whould look into his background and that of his family.

Greer reminds me of a goat we once had. We could never push it backwards. The harder we pushed, the more he would go to the left or ther right but never backwards. That is the way it is with goats. They have no reverse gear.

WOW!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure Michael Schiavo if offered ONE MILLION DOLLARS would jump at the chance to let Terri live. But it may be too late because the DCF investigation may land his sorry butt behind bars! Yahoo!

LOS ANGELES -- Attorney Gloria Allred said she would hold a news conference with one of her clients Thursday afternoon to make an announcement regarding the case of Terri Schiavo, the Florida woman whose feeding tube is scheduled to be removed on March 18.
Allred said the client is a businessman who has deposited $1 million into her law firm's trust account to offer Schiavo's husband, Michael, if he agrees to certain conditions to keep his comatose wife alive after the feeding tube is scheduled to be removed.
Meanwhile, the state of Florida is moving on two fronts to try to block the March 18 removal of the feeding tube keeping brain-damaged Terri Schiavo alive.
The Department of Children and Families wants to intervene in order to investigate allegations of abuse and neglect by the woman's husband. And in Tallahassee, Republican lawmakers crafted a bill requiring that Schiavo and other incapacitated people be afforded water and nutrition unless a living will directs otherwise.
The husband has a court order to stop her artificial feedings. A DCF attorney told a judge Wednesday that the court cannot impede an agency investigation. But the husband's attorney argued that the agency's last-minute attempt to intervene is politically motivated, especially because dozens of previous complaints to DCF have failed to yield any evidence of abuse.
The attorney told reporters that the agency is simply acting as an arm of Gov. Jeb Bush's office to try to undo a court order they don't like.
Ultimately, it's Jeb that needs the gonads! The DCF will act accordingly.
