Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

A motion to remove Michael as Guardian has been before His Dishonor since 2003 ...
Now that could possibly be the Judge's undoing ... he's ruled on everything else under the sun based on his NOT ruling to remove Michael as Guardian. Things that make you go hhhuuuuummm.
I'm believing that all these NO's from Greer the Grinch are going to be very good for Terri because it's going to force the hand of the more powerful.
When I saw these last no's I knew he was forcing the hand of God.
I just have this nearly certain hope that after Greer says no to the DCF, God will act. God's going to do *something*.
I definitely think that DCF won't bow to Greer. One article said McKibben is chief deputy legal counsel for DCF for that region.

Exactly what DCF is investigating was unclear Wednesday. Kelly McKibben, general counsel for the agency's District 7 headquartered in Orlando, asked the judge to seal DCF's motion, which calls for the agency to intervene and requests an indefinite delay on the tube's removal. A clerk in the probate division said the judge said he would review the motion to see if it was required by law to be filed confidentially.

God help her if anyone in her family becomes disabled, she'd have to eat those words. Then again there are folks that are cold hearted enough that would kill them anyway.
Someone correct me if I'M wrong, but DCF is already in this case. If Pinellas County could control the State DCF Agency, there is no way the DCF would be in the case now. All we are talking about is the DCF taking the protective custody step...they have already taken all the steps leading up to it. Logic tells me Pinellas DCF is no more able to stop protective custody than they were able to stop the other steps.
So that's what makes him like that! No breakfast! Must make him lightheaded so the can't think straight! LOL!

You are right. If it is handled at the State DCF level, the local office would have to answer to them.
The State office would trump the local office, or at the very least, the local office would have to do whatever the State mandates under law.
Again, DCF not only has the right to legally intervene, they have a duty.

Thanks for your response. Btw, the law only applies if Ms Schindler-Schiavo is PVS. No one is allowed to video-tape or photograph her. Don't you wonder why? Mr Schiavo said he doesn't want to embarrass her. Wait a minute......can you be embarrassed if you're PVS? Doesn't make sense. And it begs the question, what's he trying to hide?

Of course they can overrule him; they have a legislative mandate to conduct an investigation and to take protective custody if warranted. They already told Greer that this is their mandate, period, regardless of what his findings and rulings have been to date. And they have refused to rule out protective custody. Felos has been hounding them to get them to say yes or no about protective custody, they refused to talk about it, and Felos is sweating bullets. It's in the Empire Journal and some Florida Media.
I have this very strong impression that Greer wants to get this over with, and will rule ASAP, for whatever reason(s).
I might be wrong, but he may rule tomorrow - I'm thinking that way....
