Dean Spoke Racist Remarks
AFRICAN AMERICANS DEMAND APOLOGY FROM HOWARD DEAN FOR RACIALLY INSENSITIVE REMARKS
(Jackson, Miss) - A group of Mississippi's African American Republicans, led by Charles Evers former Mayor of Fayette, MS and current member of the MS Republican Executive Committee, will gather for a press conference in the rotunda of the State Capitol on Monday, February 28, @ 2:00 PM in order to demand an apology from Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman Howard Dean for his racially insensitive remarks earlier this month.
On February 11th, in a speech to members of the DNC Black Caucus, Dean remarked, "You think the Republican National Committee could get this many people of color in a single room?" Then he added: "Only if they had the hotel staff in here."
Charles Evers, civil rights advocate and brother of Medgar Evers, will serve as spokesman of the event. Chairman Dean will be at Jackson's Clarion Hotel tomorrow evening for a fundraiser benefiting the Mississippi Democratic Party.
I got the information pretty firsthand, but here's a reference.

Racially insensitive?
Dear People. . . .these spontaneous comments come from a 'core belief' of Dean and the rest of the Lib Left . . .
In their wildest dreams. . .they can only imagine the problem is in the interpretation; and certainly not theirs, of course. . .
Truth is, with friends like these. . .you do not need enemies. . .

African American Republicans in the state are calling for the resignation of Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean for comments they say are racially insensitive.
Mississippi Republican Executive Committee Member Charles Evers said Dean should apologize and step down. He told reporters Monday that in a February 11th speech to the DNC Black Caucus, Dean said quote "You think the Republican National Committee could get this many people of color in a single room?" Then added, "Only if they had hotel staff in here."
Evers said,"We feel he should apologize, not only to blacks in this country but to America period. It's time out for leaders to get up and make these statements that's gonna embarrass any race."
Mike Biggs, a member of the JSU College Democrats said,"The Republicans can take prescription drugs out of Medicaid and they can short change teachers with pay raises and they can take money from the public schools, and we don't hear Mr. Evers saying anything about that."
Dean is scheduled to be in Jackson Tuesday. We were unable to reach Mississippi Democratic Party Chairman Wayne Dowdy for comment.
Don't forget the brewskis also.

I wish Greta Van Susteren would drop her nightly yakfest with her lawyer friends and start covering something of interest, like reporting who the Deaniac offended that day and debating who he's likely to offend next. I might start watching her show again if she did that.
Good hope more blacks wake up and see these Dems as the "plantation" owners they think themselves to be
